An introduction on covenants precedes our study on Haftarah Mishpatim–Jeremiah’s prophecy against Israel for violating the commandment to release slaves in the seventh year.

This word that’s used for eunuch is used for Potiphar in Gen 39:1 but he had a wife. And is translated as Officer.

    That is exactly one of the points I make. That the term saris is used to describe officials.
