I couldn’t understand one thing: Why people was trying to hid the fact that the GRA (I don’t know if I’m writing it right) was studying the Tanach, as if this was something negative??? I mean, isn’t the Tanach the most important book in Judaism? Why is the study of Talmud so much highlighted instead of the Tanach??
